Walked out of the bank trying to locate where my bike was parked. All efforts straining to the end point that I do not recollect the scene that lead me to this oblivion.
Nevertheless, tried to identify it by taking the hint from my way back machine.

BASEMENT 1
E1

On reaching the RCC column cladded with PVC corner guards, I failed to remember the registration number of the vehicle.
Seeking help from the saviour, found the list of vehicle registration numbers saved for the anticipated acts of amnesia.

VEHICLE REGISTRATION NUMBERS:
2 wheelers
TS 07 ## 7796 (access)
AP 29 ## 1217 (access)

4 wheelers
AP 01 ## 0335 (i10)
TS 08 ## 0267 (Mobilio)
TS 08 ## 3737 (breeza)
AP 10 ## 6688 (innova)
TS 16 ## 3737 (city)
TR ## (dezire)

However, there was a trap that was not foreseen.
Both the two wheeler registration numbers were tagged to the same Suzuki make and model.
Turning the chaos into an opportunity to unprompted release of ions in the neural synapses, plotted that I will identify the two number plates of Suzuki access bikes and check for the bike with the keys.
Reached for the keys which should been in the left back pocket. Did not feel them and rummaged all the pockets to realize that I have left them in the bank.

Walked back to the guard seated at the entry of the bank.
Was greeted – “Aab kya bhul gaya saab?”
“Bhul gaya ki kya bhulgaya.”
Went to the ATM machine. Withdrew a five hundred rupee note.
Pulled out a deposit leaf and planned to fill the bank account details to credit the money that was just withdrawn to charge my cognition.

Headed to the self-notes on WhatsApp to fetch the self-shared photo of cancelled cheque. In the digital trail of scrolling up and down to find the cheque, the fingertips had raced the transmittal and EUREKA!

Ran back to the basement, found the two bikes and reached for the keys that were always there under the foot mat.
The second number it was.
Switched the ignition on and blazed away.
